You have a '93 chassis.. what year is the ECU.. is the ECU looking for AIV's at idle that you might not have.. if so your idle will be rich.. Have you set the .45 TPS Voltage? Does the Idle Ignition stay at 15 Deg? Does the O2 Sensor Voltage drop off to less than .1 Volt at Idle ( Lean) or does it stay >.6 ( rich ).. or is it still in Stoch Hunt, where it dithers between Rich and lean.. If the IAV's are not an issue then.. If it's not at 15 Deg, <.5 volts TPS and O2 Sensor Voltage <.1 volt then it's not in warm idle mode, and that could be your Idle Speed problem.. is it still in cold start mode?..
